Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period
   • You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the course, workshop or event has not yet begun its term or taken place.
   • Please note: I cannot offer refunds or discounts for missed sessions, if you think there is a strong likelihood you may miss a session, please consider booking onto a future course term or let me know that you will need a little extra help in finishing your projects early.
2. Refunds for Cancellations
   • If you wish to cancel your booking after the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will be granted or denied under the following conditions:
     • More than 7 days before the workshop: You may request a refund or transfer to a different workshop date, subject to availability. Refunds will be processed minus a small administrative fee (details provided upon request).
     • 7 days or less before the workshop: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date. This is due to the preparation and materials costs already incurred, and the difficulty in maintaining viability for the course, workshop or event.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits
   • Some bookings may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If applicable, this will be clearly stated in the booking details and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling
   • If you are unable to attend a workshop and notify me at least 7 days in advance, you may request to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability.
5. Cancellations by Krisztina
   • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a course, workshop, or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
